We offer standard shipping to all shoppers. Shipping rates are determined by order weight and are subject to change without notice.

International orders (including US) are subject to customs fees; buyers will be responsible for these fees.
Please note that:
- A maximum checkout weight limit may apply to a single order
- Products in an order may be shipped separately.
- We may combine multiple orders for the same recipient.
- All international orders shipped outside Canada are subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees.
We aim to process and ship orders within 4 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (if available) once your order has shipped.
Shipping times vary by location. If your package hasn't arrived within the expected delivery window (typically 5-21 days for Canada & US, 14-45 days for other international destinations), please contact the courier directly or contact us for assistance.

Customs Charges
