Exchanges, Returns & Refunds Policy

Exchanges & Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a product that doesn't meet your expectations or needs, we offer exchanges or returns under the following conditions:

  • You must request an exchange or return within 14 days from the date of receipt.
  • The item must be in its original, unused condition, and in its original packaging.
  • Exchanges & returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee to cover our costs.
  • You will be responsible for the shipping charges associated with this exchange or return.

To initiate an exchange or return, please contact us at contact@hunkrs.com or through the contact page. We will guide you through the process and provide you with further instructions. Please note that we may not accept an exchange or return until you receive a confirmation email along with instructions from us.

 

Special Returns

This policy applies to certain products labeled as “Special Product” in the “Special Notes” section. These products can be easily damaged even when trying them on. Reselling them as new products (or at full prices) won’t be possible. Therefore, we do not accept exchanges and charge additional restocking fees on their returns.

  • The standard restocking fee for special products is 20%.
  • If the returned product is further damaged, or its resale value is further impacted and drops, an additional restocking fee may be deducted from the refund.

 

Order Cancellations

Typically, an order cannot be changed or canceled once it has been submitted. While changes may not be guaranteed, you may try contacting us as soon as possible. If we have not yet finished preparing or shipping your order, there is still a chance for you to:

  • Request a change to a different variant of the same style at no extra cost.
  • Cancel the order, a 5% restocking fee will apply.

 

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase, excluding any applicable restocking fees or shipping charges. Please note that we may not issue a refund if the product being exchanged or returned has evidently been worn or damaged (or is subject to an additional restocking fee).

 

Defective or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective item, or a wrong product or size not as you ordered, please keep it in its original package and do not use the product, and contact us at contact@hunkrs.com or through the contact page immediately (within 14 days). We will arrange for an exchange, return, or refund as necessary, and we will cover associated standard shipping costs.
